Spanish Language in Healthcare – Valencia, Spain
The Spanish Language in Healthcare Program is a collaborative effort between the Office of Outreach and Multicultural Affairs at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and AIP Language Institute in Valencia, Spain. AIP is a comprehensive language school offering courses at all levels to students from countries throughout the world. The staff of AIP support all aspects of the program including academics, housing, in-country travel, and general administration. The school itself is located in the bustling university area of Valencia blocks from the University of Valencia colleges of medicine, nursing, and dentistry.
- 4 week summer program
- Primary activity is general Spanish language training
- Secondary activity is clinical observation and medical Spanish
- Open to beginner Spanish speakers (at least one semester university-level Spanish).
