.- UNT applications are not complete without:

1. Application fee (non-refundable).
2. Official transcript from the school you have most recently attended. (Transcripts may be sent be electronic transfer, depending upon the school.)
- Application may be made by fax, if admission fee is paid with a credit card. Applicants will be notified of their status (acceptance) by a letter approximately one week after their application is received.
- After this notification, students must register for classes and pay their tuition and fees for the program course(s). As soon as the student is notified of acceptance, he or she should contact the SAC (ph 940-565-2207). Students will make arrangements with SAC to sign up for the study abroad program and pay the program fees. The SAC will provide the student with instructions on Web Registration or Tele Registration; it will be the student’s responsibility to register and pay for the courses in a timely manner.

3. Out of state tuition will be higher than the listed in-state price in the application packet.
4. Graduate credit tuition (if graduate credit is desired) is an approximate $600 in state, $1870 (approximate total) out of state.
5. The mandatory on-campus pre-trip meetings will be conducted on line for off-campus students. You will be contacted about this later.
