Courses

You are expected to register for a full-time load, usually 15-16 credits per semester. Courses are limited to students participating on the Albany program, allowing for small class size and increased instructor-student interaction. The topics covered in the courses change each semester in order to allow students to participate for an entire year.

Classes are held Monday through Thursday to allow students the chance to travel and take advantage of the variety of cultural opportunities available to them. Theory class and a practical or conversation class with exercises, two hours for language and study out of class and 1 hour for extracurricular activities.

Cultural tours are included as a mandatory part of the Spanish immersion program.
